Eligibility
What's Required for Dealers to Participate?
To be eligible to participate in CNCDA Trust benefits:
- Your dealership must be an organization in good standing (dues and fees are current) with CNCDA.
- You must agree to pay 50% or more of the employee only rate for the lowest cost medical and dental plan options.
- You must meet certain participation requirements based on plan selection (ask your representative).
Who's Eligible?
Employees who work 20 hours a week are eligible to participate. But you can choose your own eligibility requirements (e.g., 30 hours per week). Twenty hours is our minimum participation standard. Eligible dependents include the employee’s:
- Legal spouse
- Same sex domestic partner
- Unmarried children through their 19th birthday, or 25th birthday if the child is a full-time student at an accredited school and dependent upon the employee for support
- Unmarried children of any age who are mentally or physically disabled and unable to support themselves.
